No.1
February 1, 2005
Welcome to the first edition of the Columbia College Class of 1963 eNewsletter.
Although it's still a little rough around the edges, I thought
it would be worthwhile to give it a test distribution, and get
your reaction. As you start to send me news and information
about yourself or other classmates, its content is bound to
improve. I welcome your comments and suggestions.

Every Second Thursday, 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Columbia College Club - 15 West 43rd Street, NYC
Please join your classmates for an informal lunch
at the Columbia Club every second Thursday of the month. It
is our hope that these gatherings will renew old friendships
and foster improved relationship with our class and the College.
The next lunch will be on February 10, 2005.
We have held two successful test runs of the Class
lunch. The company was great, and the food fine. Here is the
first gathering on December 9th. It was attended by the following
classmates:
Bob Heller
Bruce Kaplan
Paul Neshamkin
Larry Neuman
Tom O'Connor
Frank Sypher
Jeff Thompson
The image below will serve as proof of this historic,
inaugural event.

The second class of 1963 lunch held on January 13
at the Columbia Club brought together another small, but fine
group of classmates. Tall tales were exchanged, some of which
I am sure to share with you all in our next Class Notes in CCT.
In attendance were:
David Alpern
Steve Barcan
Paul Neshamkin
Larry Neuman
Tom O'Connor
Frank Sypher
And here is the happy group.

As you can see, the seating arrangement has stayed
amazingly similar. Please add your presence at the next lunch
on Thursday, February 10, so that we can see
a new set of faces. Please let me know if you will attend so
that we can reserve a big enough table; RSVP to Paul Neshamkin
(pauln@helpauthors.com).
